The core of the machine consists of two angularly arranged worms — one for feeding and another for pressing. Output is high-quality minced meat.

The Nowicki W-130A angle grinder has a simple operator panel that’s easy to use; loading of raw material is done manually, as is the triggering of a pressure worm ejector. It’s possible to use industry-standard stuffing trolleys or other containers with this machine. Further optimizing the quality of the ground meat are cutting tools in various combinations and high-performance tendon separators.
