  • N&N Nadratowski MG series mixer-grinders combine a twin shaft paddle mixer and a high-class grinding head in a compact machine that’s ideal for preparing and grinding meat, poultry, and other ingredients.
  • Nowicki micro-cutters are designed for accurate cutting and emulsification of raw materials. They are ideal for emulsifying sausages, pies, and sauces.

Our engineering team will work with you, from initial consultation through design and specification, to provide the right food processing equipment at the best value. 

Our engineering team has delivered hundreds of customized solutions nationwide. If you need a custom build, BAK Food Equipment’s development team will work with you to design a system tailored to your specific processing needs. 

We will communicate with you every step of the way. You’ll receive detailed drawings well ahead of installation, so you’ll know exactly where to arrange for electrical drops, connectors, and ancillary services to prepare your site for your new system.

After delivery, BAK Food Equipment engineers will facilitate the final installation, ensuring that the system is in position, leveled, and connected to the necessary power and electronics. Our experts will then start up the equipment, test it, and make sure everything runs properly.

Finally we’ll train your staff on how to properly use your new food processing equipment. We’ll even make a batch of product with you!
