  • NOMA, formerly Nowicki Food Machinery angle grinders are designed for grinding fresh and frozen ingredients (down to –20˚C) to the required granulation, ideal for processing meats, vegetables, fruit, and more.
  • N&N mixers/Blenders feature heavy-duty industrial construction with programmable microprocessor touch screen control.

Have an unusual application? We can handle it. Our engineering team has delivered hundreds of customized solutions nationwide. The team will work with you to design a system tailored to your specific processing needs. 

We communicate with you every step of the way. You’ll receive detailed drawings ahead of time, so you know exactly where to arrange for electrical drops, connectors, or ancillary services to prepare for your new system.

Once your equipment has been delivered, BAK Food Equipment engineers will ready it for operation. They’ll get it positioned, leveled, and connected to the necessary power and electronics. Our experts will then start up the equipment, test it, and make sure everything is running properly. They’ll also train your staff on how to use it and even make a batch of product with you!
