The Nowicki TM-300 meat tenderizer employs mechanical means to:

  • Increase the tenderness of product
  • Ready meat for the application of brine

The TM-300 tenderizer essentially punctures muscle surfaces of either bone-in or boneless meat pieces using 224 needles cycling to 60 strokes per minute. A conveyor takes meat through the machine, which is designed for in-line installation. All surfaces are designed for maximum cleanability. Control buttons and a mushroom-head emergency stop button on the machine’s face are designed for maximum simplicity and ruggedness.
