Some NOMA, formerly Nowicki Food Machinery MA series horizontal vacuum tumblers (specifically, MA-PSCH series tumblers) impart control over the temperature of meat being marinated with an integrated cooling system. This system includes:

  • An insulated cooling jacket around the drum perimeter
  • In that jacket, a glycol circuit powered by an internal circulating pump
  • An external cooling unit
  • A second drum insulation jacket to minimize thermal losses

A cool and well-regulated drum temperature helps maintain the high quality of marinated meat products.

MA-PSCH SERIES MEAT TUMBLER CONSTRUCTION

MA-PSCH series meat tumblers are constructed of acid-resistant steel. Accurate machining and welds ensure that the equipment is easy to clean. Drums are reinforced for long life. They and the drum blades are polished for additional durability and cleanability.
