MAM-300 AND MAM-600 MIXER-MASSAGER ADVANTAGES

NOMA, formerly Nowicki Food Machinery MAM-300 and MAM-600 mixer-massagers are capable of working in rooms with high temperatures. They allow:

  • Loading the drum with between 10% and 75% of its volume
  • The addition of brine during the execution of any program

NOMA, formerly Nowicki Food Machinery MAM-300 and MAM-600 mixer-massagers can also function as vacuum mixers. Ingredients to serve as a stuffing can be mixed and vented through the application of a vacuum. This offers the benefit of increased stuffing density after mixing as well as maximally appetizing coloring of the finished product. Other vacuum mixer benefits include:

  • The ability to mix various types of meats, fish, seafood, spices, cereals, and vegetables as well as fruit — frozen and fresh
  • Reduced meat-stuffing mixing time of about 10 minutes

MAM-300 AND MAM-600 RAW MEAT MASSAGE

NOMA, formerly Nowicki Food Machinery mixer-massagers take significantly less time and energy to massage raw meat than comparable machines. With these machines it’s possible to massage whole muscles (including whole pieces of sirloin, ham, and shoulder meats) as well as small, delicate pieces of raw meat, such as poultry elements and meat ingredients for structural stuffing. NOWICKI MAM-300 AND MAM-600 MIXER-MASSAGER CONSTRUCTION

NOMA, formerly Nowicki Food Machinery MAM-300 and MAM-600 mixer-massagers feature acid-resistant stainless-steel construction as well as freon-based indirect drum cooling that’s safe to use during machine operation. The design combines the advantages of a refrigerated vacuum tumbler with the advantages of a cooled vacuum stuffing mixer. In addition, the mixer-massage is:

  • Easy to keep clean
  • Able to accept interchangeable mixing arms for different types of products
  • Easy to load thanks to an integrated (and automatic) loading and unloading system compatible with standard 200 L stuffing trolleys

ADVANCED MIXER-MASSAGER CONTROL SYSTEM

NOMA, formerly Nowicki Food Machinery MAM-300 and MAM-600 mixer-massager control software allows up to 99 different configurable routines. These can define and regulate:

  • Massaging time, breaks, and internal temperatures
  • The number of mixer drum rotations per minute as well as drum angle and vacuum level
  • Internet diagnostics and registration of all process parameters
