Experience the Benefits of Food Processing Automation at Process Expo

Food processors can expect to learn how to improve their productivity, profitability, quality, and compliance by visiting BAK Food Equipment, booth 5006, during the upcoming Process Expo 2023, which takes place October 23–25 in Chicago’s McCormick Place convention center.
Every day, BAK Food Equipment’s expert consultants will offer two 20-minute presentations at booth 5006. At 10:30 a.m. CDT, we will discuss the benefits of automation for food processing operations, and at 2 p.m. CDT, we will present the return-on-investment benefits of the Protech Automated Spiral Cooking, Smoking, Freezing System.
In our new booth, you can also experience regular daily demos of Nowicki and N&N Nadratowski equipment. Machines on display will include Nowicki injectors, tumblers, the W-160 Grinder, and the KN-330 Bowl Cutter, as well as N&N Nadratowski mixers, FL-440 Ice Flaker, MV-300 Tumbler, and PM-2 Bin Loader. You’ll also be able to learn more about the Protech Automated Spiral Cooking, Smoking, Freezing System at the booth.
You can also meet and greet BAK Food Equipment team members and other customers over a refreshment in our booth. Our team is eager to discuss how our solutions — including meat injectors; industrial food mixers; spiral cooking, smoking, freezing systems; vacuum tumblers; and much more — can improve your operations.
Finally, don’t miss us in Process Expo’s Production Line Program, which is designed to showcase how food processors can achieve more efficient operations by implementing food production equipment. The Protech Drencher, a liquid-smoke drenching tunnel that is part of the Protech Automated Spiral Cooking, Smoking, Freezing System, will play a key part in the production line demonstration, which takes place three times a day throughout the show.
Even if you can only stop by for a few moments, BAK Food Equipment welcomes you for a quick booth tour to learn more about us and our OEM partners: Nowicki, Protech, and N&N Nadratowski.
