2 Can’t-Miss Process Expo Presentations

Although other manufacturing sectors have embraced automation, the food industry has been slow to adopt it due to concerns about the impact on quality. If you or your team relate to these sentiments, stop by Booth 5006 during Process Expo in Chicago for a live in-booth presentation explaining the benefits of automation and debunking these myths.

BAK Food Equipment’s Sales & Marketing Specialist Zack Olson will give two 20-minute presentations at Booth 5006 each day of Process Expo, October 23–25. At 10:30 a.m. CDT, he will discuss the benefits of automation for food processing operations, outlining why many of the concerns surrounding automation are unfounded.

In this presentation, Olson will provide a detailed explanation of how BAK Food Equipment uses automation to deliver a significant return on investment (ROI) for its customers, along with improved product quality, product consistency, and worker safety. He will share examples of real-life customer applications that increased yields, optimized processing times, and improved employee retention. You can get a sneak peek of this presentation in this LinkedIn Live event.

Then, at 2 p.m. CDT, he will discuss the ROI benefits of the Protech Automated Spiral Cooking, Smoking, Freezing System. This end-to-end fully automated solution for bacon and other smoked food products continuously processes 8,800 pounds of product per hour while optimizing labor, improving employee safety, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Olson’s presentation will go into detail about the ROI benefits of the system, providing an in-depth explanation of the savings possible with reduced utilities costs and nearly eliminated product loss, as well as the potential increases in product quality and volume.

Stay for a few minutes after the presentations to explore our new trade show booth, where you can see demos of NOMA, formerly Nowicki Food Machinery and N&N Nadratowski equipment, including injectors, tumblers, grinders, bowl cutters/choppers, mixers, frozen block flakers, and more. Booth visitors can also learn about the Protech Automated Spiral Cooking, Smoking, Freezing System.

Our Protech Drencher, a key part of the Protech Automated Spiral Cooking, Smoking, Freezing System, will also be featured in Process Expo’s Production Line Program.

We welcome you to join us at Booth 5006 for a quick tour to learn more about how automated food processing solutions from NOMA, formerly Nowicki Food Machinery, Protech, and N&N Nadratowski can benefit you.
